I know BOSH is a hospital that, in today's times, follows Business Ethics, gives priority to patients' well-being, and is also economical in terms of their charges to support visiting patients and their families. I have been utilizing their services for some time for my family members. Recently, I had an issue with my Plantar Fasciitis and visited Doctor Subbaiah, as I knew I would get the right diagnosis and treatment advice on it. Pain had become Chronic due to my daily walking habits, wherein I failed to recognize the impact it was putting on my foot. When I met Dr Subbaiah, He did not immediately write for expensive scans, tests, etc. He patiently listened to me to understand the history of pain in my foot, what medication I had taken earlier, and whether I did any stretching exercises or physiotherapy. Post that he examined my foot and suggested the plan for recovery and the next steps towards it. I was referred to physiotherapy sessions, and there I had positive support and healing with Ultrasound sessions for the reduction of inflammation of my chronic fasciitis. Dr Shabnam from the PT department extended her support, guided me on how to manage my pain and daily stretching exercises that will aid in quick recovery and healing. After 10 sessions of PT, my pain in the foot has drastically reduced, the inflammation is almost gone, and from here on, I follow the guidelines on daily stretches to keep my foot muscles flexible and avoid chronic pain.
